Packing majlis seating and bedrooms

- Rugs rolled, tied and covered.
- Majlis cushions in plastic then blankets.
- Beds and wardrobes dismantled and numbered.
- Coffee pots and serving sets in padded boxes.
Loading in Qassim
The container stands on its truck at your home; we load it in the evening to avoid the daytime heat, then it’s sealed and heads to Jeddah.

Car shipping from Qassim to Morocco
We fit a protective cover, load the car into the container and strap it down, and it travels sealed from Qassim.

Morocco allows the import of used cars with customs duties that vary by the car’s age, value and engine size, and a retired Moroccan returning permanently may benefit from a large reduction on these duties under the rules in force. So we review your case before booking. The car’s papers from the Kingdom: a valid registration, no fines or liens, an export request through Absher or the traffic department with the plates handed in, the purchase invoice, and copies of your passport and iqama.
Air freight from Qassim to Morocco
We collect parcels in Qassim and take them to King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, then on to Mohammed V Airport, arriving within four to six working days.

Delivery in Morocco

Permanent return to Morocco and customs
A Moroccan living in the Kingdom who returns to settle in Morocco can usually bring in used furniture, appliances and personal effects free of duties, under conditions Moroccan customs usually apply as follows:
- A change-of-residence certificate, or a sworn statement legalised by the Moroccan consulate in Riyadh or Jeddah.
- Proof of your residence and work in the Kingdom, such as the iqama or employment contract.
- A detailed inventory, dated and signed by you.
- Household appliances are usually accepted at one per type, and other items have a value ceiling.
- Belongings are imported in one or at most two shipments, through the same customs office, within a set period of the certificate date.
These conditions may be amended, so we write the inventory in Arabic and French to match what you’ll submit, and review the papers with the broker in Morocco before the container is closed.
Documents required
- A copy of the sender’s passport and the receiver’s national ID card in Morocco.
- A numbered inventory in Arabic and French.
- The change-of-residence certificate for permanent returnees.
- A commercial invoice and certificate of origin for goods.
- Car export papers if any, and the bill of lading, which we issue at loading.
Do you need insurance?
If your shipment includes a car, expensive appliances or furniture that’s hard to replace, insurance is worth its small cost. It’s calculated as a percentage of the declared value, and we document your belongings’ condition with photos during packing.
Prohibited and restricted items
- Flammable materials, gas cylinders and fuel.
- Weapons, ammunition and anything resembling them.
- Medicines in commercial quantities or without a prescription.
- Fresh food, meat and plants.
